1. What modes of payment do you accept?

- We accept payments made thru bank deposits, Paypal, MasterCard, and Bancnet.

2. How do I process bank deposits?

- Payments may be made through bank deposits by following these steps:

  • A Banana Peel Customer Service Representative will contact you through e-mail, SMS, or voice call to confirm stock availability and the total amount of your purchased items.
  • Once orders have been confirmed, relay to the Representative the bank you prefer.
  • Representative will provide the account details of your preferred bank.
  • Make payment
  • Email proof of payment to sales@bananapeel.net.
  • Wait for the Representative to confirm the receipt of deposit

3. Which banks can I choose to deposit my payment in?

- Banana Peel accepts bank deposits in the following banks:

  • Asia United Bank (AUB)
  • Banco De Oro (BDO)
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
  • Chinabank

  • Philippine National Bank (PNB)

4. How long will the processing of my order take?

- All standard orders are processed on the next business day (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, from 8AM to 5PM) upon the confirmation of payment. Most orders for in-stock items shipped via standard delivery arrive in 7-10 business days.

5. What are Banana Peel's shipping and handling terms?

- Shipping costs apply to all items that require delivery to specific addresses. Orders for pick-up at any Banana Peel boutique are not subject to delivery charges.

6. Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we do. Shipping rates will be shouldered by the customer once her order has been confirmed.

7. How do I track my order?

- We will send an email with the corresponding tracking number once your item has been shipped out.

8. What are your terms for returns, exchanges/changes?

- Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We guarantee our customers that all Banana Peel products are of high quality, and worth your every penny. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your selections, we would gladly accept returns, exchanges, or issue you a refund within 30 days from the date on your invoice.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping fee for the return or exchange of items ordered will be shouldered by the customer. Merchandise must be returned unworn and in original condition with a copy of the invoice.
