1. Customers can choose from any from the Kai, and Yama unisex slides for customization.

2. There are four types of customization to choose from: 

a. Image: Php 200;

b. Logo: Php 200;

c. Name: Php 200; and 

d. Dual-Print: Php 300. 

- If you will order 3 pairs of slides, make sure to check out 3 font styles or 3 customized photos

3. Name Customization:

- Choose from the list of font styles and add your selection to the cart.

- Text is limited to 12 characters, including spaces, to maintain clarity and precision in the engraving.

- No offensive or inappropriate content is allowed.

- Add text to be engraved in "Remarks" section.

4. Image Customization:

- Select the "customized photo" option and add it to your cart.

- No offensive or inappropriate content is allowed.

- Ensure photos are high quality, preferably in vector format or with minimal to plain background.

- Email the photo to customercare@bananapeel.net with your ORDER ID as the subject line.

5. Image and Name

- You can choose both image and name option; remember to add both to your cart.

- An additional charge of Php 50 will apply.

6. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.

7. Kindly wait for a Banana Peel representative to get in touch with an order confirmation and payment instructions via email.

8. Should a customer fail to settle their payment in 3 business days, their order shall be forfeited.

9. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

10. No changes to the designs can be made once the final order is placed.

11. Custom engraving orders are non-refundable once the engraving process has begun.
