1. What modes of payment do you accept?

- We accept payments made through bank deposits, Paypal, MasterCard, and Dragonpay.

2. How do I process bank deposits?

- Easy peasy! Please follow these steps:

  • STEP 1: Upon checking out, order details will be sent to your email address.
  • STEP 2: Choose any of our listed bank partners and take note of the company name and account number.
  • STEP 3: Settle the payment through over-the-counter deposit. Kindly settle this within three days. Failure to pay within this time period will automatically cancel your order.
  • STEP 4: Take a clear photo or a scanned copy of the deposit slip.
  • STEP 5: Send the file to customercare@bananapeel.net.
  • STEP 6: Sit back, relax, and your order will soon be on its way!

3. Which banks can I choose to deposit my payment in?

- We accept bank deposits in the following banks:

4. How long will the processing of my order take?

- All standard orders are processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 8AM to 5PM) upon the confirmation of payment. After ship out, transit time is usually 2-3 business days for Metro Manila addresses and 7-10 business days for provincial addresses.

5. What are Banana Peel's shipping and handling terms?

- Shipping costs apply to all items that require delivery to specific addresses. Orders for pick-up at any Banana Peel boutique are not subject to delivery charges.

6. Do you ship internationally?

7. How do I track my order?

- We will send an email with the corresponding tracking number once your item has been shipped out.

8. What are your terms for returns, exchanges/changes?

- Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We guarantee our customers that all Banana Peel products are of high quality, and worth your every penny. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your selections, we would gladly accept returns, exchanges, or issue you a refund within 30 days from the date on your invoice.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping fee for the return or exchange of items ordered will be shouldered by the customer. Merchandise must be returned unworn and in original condition with a copy of the invoice.
